Yue Qi presents as a kunze too young to be healthy; the slavers take advantage. Is it any surprise he falls pregnant? The surprise is that he bears a healthy child, a baby boy that the slavers let him keep on the promise of good behavior.
He doesn't get to name it. They call it Nine. In his head, he calls it I love you.

Summary
“Yue Qingyuan isn’t a kunze,” Shen Qingqiu gritted out, barely able to think straight through his frustration and the pain in his leg, pain that was doubled by the way he was straining at the manacles.
“The same way Shizun isn’t a qianyuan?” Luo Binghe laughed mockingly, dropping his hand down to paw at the scarred expanse of skin over Shen Qingqiu’s neck. “I always wondered who did this to you, Shizun. And then I went into your memories and saw that you did it to yourself!”
--
Yue Qingyuan had a child a long, long time ago. Luo Binghe learns about this just in time to use it to torture Shen Qingqiu.
