Welcome to the first fanwork week organized under the You Fei Events Collection!

Yunfei Week Spring 2021 was held from April 28th (Wed) to May 4th (Tues), 2021. The dates were chosen partly to commemorate the date when Legend of Fei (有翡) wrapped up filming in 2020!

What is Yunfei?
Yunfei is the ship portmanteau for the canon F/M relationship between Xie Yun and Zhou Fei, the main characters of Legend of Fei, a 2020 Chinese drama series based on the novel 'Bandits' by Priest. You can read more about the series and where to watch it here. The AO3 tag for the ship is Xie Yun/Zhou Fei (Bandits).

Is this event for the live-action series adaptation only or is novel canon welcome?
While this event is organized motivated by the live-action adaptation, fanworks featuring either canon are welcome! Any work that primarily features Yunfei relationship is welcome in this event. These are the fandom tags respectively for the live-action adaptation and the novel. You can use either or both at your discretion!

How do the prompts work?
This is a seven-day event and each day has four different choices in prompts. You can choose one or more prompts for each day and work it into a single fanwork or create multiple fanworks for each prompt, as you please! You will then post the fanworks on the respective day of the prompt.

Can I only choose one prompt per day?
Feel free to mix elements of two or more prompts from the same day into your fanworks! If including elements of prompts from different days into a single fanwork, you can post your work on the 'Prompt Mix and Match Day'.

I have a new Yunfei fanwork that doesn't match any of the prompts, can I still participate in this event?
Absolutely! There is a 'Free for All Day' when you can post that fanwork to the event, as long as it is a new work and features Yunfei as the primary ship!

Posting and hashtag?
Posting your fanworks to the Yunfei Week Spring 2021 collection on AO3 is preferred. Alternatively, I will also be tracking on Twitter, so if you post your fanworks for the event there (especially in the case of fanart, gifs, edits, etc.), please hashtag it with #yunfeiweek. If you are posting your fanworks in places other than AO3 or Twitter, please DM with a link (for example, with a link to your Tumblr post), and I will share the link to it on Twitter.

1. This week is to promote more fanworks for the pairing Xie Yun/Zhou Fei. Hence, any submission must be relationship/character exploration that predominantly features this pairing.

2. Uploading/adding old fanworks to the collection is not allowed. New fanwork created as a sequel or installment for a pre-existing series is fine.

3. Any ratings/dynamics are welcome!

4. All types of fanworks are welcome!

5. Fanworks can be submitted to this collection on AO3 from April 28th 2021 (12AM UTC+8) to end of May 2021.
