And at each repeat, they rotate ninety degrees and do it again. Eventually, they’ll make their way back around.”
“I see,” Thrawn noted.
The song changed and Eli’s eyes widened, eagerly slurping up the rest of his drink and leaving the glass on a ledge as he grabbed the sleeve of Thrawn’s jacket. “This is a great one to start with – it's super straightforward and the song is really popular, they’ll probably play it again even tonight. C’mon!”

They’d been standing in the cold the first time he’d asked her that, stranded in a storm and waiting for Chopper to pick them up the first time he’d ever touched her lekku. Since she was freezing and his hands were still somewhat warm, she’d allowed it. That and they were incredibly sensitive and his hands felt good. Her frozen toes had been curling in her boots and her mind was overrun with curiosity that she was in grave danger of giving into.
