Summary
It was commonly said around the East Blue that love was a hurricane. Isuka had always disagreed with the sentiment. She imagined a quieter love, the kind she remembered her parents having. Love shouldn’t be a hurricane, otherwise why would anyone risk pursuing it?
Hurricanes were more like people, particularly wild ones. Not all pirates were like hurricanes, but Portgas D. Ace definitely had that habit of sweeping into her life, leaving everything she thought she knew in disarray, and then disappearing as soon as he came.

At the Harvest Festival, Isuka and Ace agree to a truce. Ace's challenge for the young marine to unwind is taken with gusto.
