He turned his back on the fox, about to leave. Again, the fox spoke.
“There’s a bear in the forest. If you go out there alone, you’ll die.”
Yoo Joonghyuk’s steps stopped.
Alone for most of his life, Yoo Joonghyuk meets an injured fox in the forest.

Summary
Kim Dokja with his kids celebrating Christmas Eve and his husband at a tournament, that is until, Yoo Joonghyuk can't take it anymore.
Joonghyuk released Dokja just enough to scoop both children up, one in each arm, their weight nothing to his build. Ivan giggled wildly, patting his father's cheek with a sticky hand. Sua nuzzled into his neck, whispering, "Daddy came! Lights now!"
Dokja stood, brushing snow from his coat, a fond exasperation lighting his face. He stepped close, rising on tiptoes to press a soft kiss to Joonghyuk's lips. "You idiot. Millions were watching. Jihye's probably crying."
"Doesn't matter." Joonghyuk's voice rumbled low, eyes softening as he looked down at his family. He set the kids down gently but kept a hand on each shoulder, Dokja tucked securely under his other arm. The crowd around them buzzed, a few pointing and whispering, recognizing the famous streamer now cradling his family like treasures.

“There is another way,” Yoo Joonghyuk says. His mouth moves faster than his mind. “There is. We don’t have to do this.”
“Yoo Joonghyuk.” The smile on his face has disappeared. His voice is stern. “You can’t be backing out now. You already know what happens if you keep me alive.”
