Beomgyu's hand finally left the controller, landing heavy on Soobin's head, fingers tangling in his hair. "You're annoying," he countered, voice low, but there was no real bite to it. Soobin grinned up at him, and then, quick as a snake, he sank those teeth into the meat of Beomgyu's thigh.
Beomgyu's entire body jerked, a sharp inhale cutting through the room. "What the fuck," he hissed, finally looking down at Soobin, who was already pulling back, lips slick with mischief. Beomgyu had expected more whining, maybe a dramatic sigh but not this, not teeth, not the smug look Soobin was giving him.
"You bit me," Beomgyu said, incredulous, fingers tightening in Soobin's hair.
"Yeah," he said, like it was obvious. "You weren't giving me attention."

Soobin blinked. He rubbed his eyes until they began watering and blinked again. He squinted and tilted his head to the side. Maybe he was somehow seeing the object lying in the box from the wrong angle and his mind was conjuring up something entirely different from the original form of the gift. Maybe he was finally losing it because there was no way in whatever joke of a timeline he was currently living in, that Beomgyu was gifting him this.
“Yah, Choi Beomgyu! Why the fuck are you giving me a dog collar and a leash!”
Or, Beomgyu gifts Soobin a collar and a leash after he sees a picture of him wearing one for at the welcome event for the anime club. Because who doesn't want to see Soobin in a pretty collar?

Summary
Beomgyu’s first interaction with Choi Soobin ends about as well as you’d expect.
“Listen, Beomgyu. Not interested. Keep walking, yeah?”
So naturally, Beomgyu sits beside him in their first lecture, picks fights whenever he gets the chance, and starts calling him bunny just to watch him get annoyed.
The problem is, Soobin keeps picking fights right back. Another problem Beomgyu can’t explain, is why Soobin bashfully turns his head away when he says something degrading back.
By the time they end up at the same freshman party, neither of them can explain why their first argument of the night leaves them sitting a little too close. Or why shared glances from across the room suddenly feels a lot like eyefucking.
