Summary
She fights and drinks, because the fighting makes her thirsty. She drinks too much and is still so damn thirsty. When she can't afford to drink, she sleeps thirsty too. The oblivion she wanted becomes a yawning maw; not black, but pink. She wants to fall into it and drink, because maybe if she drinks enough, she won't be thirsty anymore.

Summary
You’re coming to a slow and stuttering realisation that Vi might never take this further. She’ll touch you and hold you, mark you and claim you, love you and let you get off to the thought of her—but she won’t make it more than that. She won’t surrender to what you both need. She’ll keep one last barrier up between you, as thin and flimsy as it is.
Well, that’s fine. Vi might be scared to take that step, but you’re not.
For day 7 of ViJinx week: Home.

Summary
‘Stop talking to her.’ You swing your thigh over her body, straddling her hips. Vi’s arms twitch, like she wants to move, but she stays where she is. ‘Delete Tinder.’
‘Po—Jinx.’ Vi looks a little scared of you, which makes you madder than ever but also euphoric, powerful. ‘That’s crazy.’
‘You can’t have a girlfriend!’
You clench your fingers around her arms. She flexes, like she’s testing your strength. Something in her expression ticks over from scared to taunting.

“We're free out here. No rules. No boundaries. No taboos. If there's something you want, you just gotta know how to ask.”
Smiling wide, Jinx demonstrates with a single crooked finger, tapping her bunched cheek at the top and bottom.
