Thank you for your wonderful words, and we certainly hope the authors and artists get lots of love too <3
We're sorry to hear the 2011 HD Erised revival is offline. We’re going to investigate whether this archive meets our criteria for rescue and, if so, ask the mod if they would be interested in working with us. We aren't able to import an archive without the consent of its moderator, so please cross your fingers for their reply, as the revival was ran by different mods than the original Big Bang challenge. If you have contact information for the moderator, it would also help us out if you could provide that to us (through our contact form) and/or directly ask the moderator to contact us.
In the meantime, if you would like to help preserve the history of HD Erised, please consider documenting it on Fanlore! If you have any questions about how to create or expand a Fanlore page, please let us know.
Thank you again for your kind words, and we hope we can help!
The challenge I was asking about is this one, already logged on Fanlore, and the site links are dead— even the comment lj which IS live just links out to the dead site. So it could be a good candidate for OD’s work! https://fanlore.org/wiki/Harry/Draco_Big_Bang:_Erised
