Comment on The Song of Judith

  1. Man oh man do I have feelings. You captured everything I love in their dynamic and character so so well in these delightfully poetic words. Obsessed with how Porthos is portrayed ( of course he would see through Aramis's words before Athos...) and the way you've written these duels of a dialogue. It's been a while since I've finished a fic in one sitting like this, and I wish I had the capacity to write 5 paragraphs describing how much i loved reading this... I'll just say I'm so thankful for Dumas' ghost taking a hold of your hand, this is god tier Arthamis content. Looking forward to reading the rest of this series !

    1. Thank you!! 'Duels of dialogue' is such a high compliment, oh my... and yes, I cannot stand the portrayal of Porthos as a fool whose only quality is that he's fat and naive - Dumas did him dirty in the second and third book - so even if the story isn't about him, I needed him to be presented respectably.
I hope you'll like the rest of the story, too <3
