Summary
Orm has been put under house arrest by Arthur after being imprisoned for a year. He finds a shipwrecked woman who is amazingly like Arthur and part Atlantian, the product of a banished high noble long thought dead. Arthur charges Orm with helping her understand her Atlantian culture and the city while also hoping Orm himself can learn something in the process
