Summary
fight club is in my top 3 movies of all time and i've talked about doing a fight club au for so many different pairings over the years that i've lost count, but i never thought i had the fortitude or skill for it. well, here it is, finally. it ended up being more heavily influenced by the book than the movie but that's a moot point, isn't it? i suggest you read the book or watch the movie before you read this otherwise you risk spoiling the source material for yourself (which, the movie's been out for fifteen years, you've had some time on that one) but it's a personal favorite so i highly suggest it if you havent read/watched it. sorry yamaguchi is pretty out of character. there's just not anyone who would fill the role of marla better. please forgive me for this, kindly deposit me in the trash where i belong.
