The glasses (thin black round frames that made Will look like he was on the cover of a magazine) sat a little crooked on his nose. And the pants? Yeah. He’d stolen those too—Will’s favorite pair of dark track pants that hung just right on Mack’s hips, but a little tight on the ankles. The hoodie was his own, but everything else screamed “I’m pretending to be my boyfriend tonight.” Well.. At least to him.
(OR: Macklin gets black out drunk to the point where Will has to pick him after he promised Will he'd only have two drinks. Mack also ends up going through a hangover in Will's childhood house)

Breeze scattering his hair as he gained speed was a nice change; running east, away from the setting sun, was nice too. His lungs, surprisingly, didn't burn as Daeron sprinted across half a cemetery, dodging gawkers and headstones, and in some unprecedented feat of acrobatics managed to seamlessly clear a low fence. Only then, once a physical barrier separated him from his father, did he let himself breath and, by the Seven, did it hurt like a bitch. Perhaps I should quit smoking. Perhaps. Someday.
