Since then you've set yourself a goal of reviving the town and growing stronger to fend off the evil that has spread through the land.

This is a smut fic of a very perverted original character running around a mostly- canon but more sexualized version of Skyrim. Also I like it when minor characters don't die horribly, and instead get to live long, happy lives, unburdened by Todd's endless need to generate tension by showing some recent corpses. Few major characters will appear.

During the sweltering nights of a city, sightings of a mysterious shadow leaping from rooftop to rooftop are reported.
No one knows exactly who or what is causing these events, but it doesn't seem to be a problem for anyone, at least for now.
Meanwhile, throughout this year, more sightings have been reported, leaving the nature of this mysterious figure unclear. It has been linked to certain strange events that may or may not be related: the sound of footsteps on rooftops, criminals caught in sticky silk ropes, and a voice that occasionally repeats superhero clichés.
No one knows if all this is good or bad news, but what is certain is that someone roams the streets like a night watchman, a nuisance to any criminal who crosses their path and, at the same time, a friendly face to anyone who decides to encounter them.
