Chan wanted to die. Well, not really. But maybe. Just a little bit. And maybe he would — it sure felt like it. To be honest, even though he’d been a vampire for a few years, Chan didn’t actually know if not drinking blood for too long could actually kill him. Like, logically it should, right? There’s a reason he needs the blood in the first place.
Or, Chan goes to a supernatural university to study music and is forced to pretend he isn't a vampire.

So it was a quarter past two in the middle of the night, and Chan hadn’t slept a wink when the feeling of jitter in his bone crept up on him. There was a headache building behind his temples, and he was suddenly not so sure the nausea from before was because of the blood.
