Summary
1971: Sarah Hopper is pronounced dead. Or so her parents are told. She's secreted away to Hawkins Laboratory by Dr. Brenner to enhance her powers, making her the first in a long line of supernatural experiments.
1985: A strange girl arrives in Hawkins with no memory of her past. The only clue she has is a small tattoo on her left wrist: 001. Together, Mike, Eleven, Will, Lucas, Dustin, Max, and Steve must find a way to help her figure out who she is...and to stop the emerging danger in her wake.

This story was written and completed prior to the release of season 4 so many major plot points that are revealed in season 4 are not the same in this story. ]

Summary
1985: The Mind Flayer is dead. The Upside Down is destroyed. But One's story isn't over yet. Reunited with her mother, One is brought to the Diagonal, where she helps to save other dimensions, even though she can't get back to her own.
1995: Sarah is finally able to return to Hawkins, but she finds that a lot has changed in the past ten years. One thing remains the same, however: danger is waiting for her. Once again, she'll need the help of Eleven, Hopper, Steve, Joyce, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, and Max if she's going to get the happy ending that she's been chasing after for so long.
