Because watching X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I noticed very important things:

1: We never see Logan introduce himself to Remy, who
2: Clearly knows his name as he tells Logan post-memory-loss, and
3: Logan's leather Jacket as seen in X-Men, X2, etc, is given to him in Origins, with him when he meets Remy, clearly not with him when he jumps out of a plane wearing a t-shirt, and yet he must have gotten it back.

I concluded that

1: Logan and Remy must have had sex
2: Also they probably exchanged names at some point
3: Remy found Logan post-memory loss and gave him the jacket
