Summary
Many decades ago, the world was forever changed by the discovery of a revolutionary surgical operation that could grant its subject superpowers, and the balance of power quickly divided into those who were in favor of this innovation and those who were not: the Quirk+ and the Quirk-. Entire nations were split over the question, and the world has been war-torn ever since.
Now, in the midst of mounting tension between the two sides, three recruits begin their service aboard their respective battleships: two well-meaning Quirk- mechanics and one overzealous Quirk+ prodigy.
Time will tell what fate has in store for these young soldiers.
