Sure it’s fine when Dabi texts him “sorry boss, omw now!” when he’s an hour and a half late for something, but if Chisaki does the same, suddenly the entire world crumbles and Dabi disappears into his hole of an apartment to sulk and throw a hissy fit. The thought makes Chisaki so annoyed that he pulls out his phone, determined to give Dabi a piece of his mind, when he notices the date on the screen.

Natsuo sat next to Touya and asked him these questions in his soft, quiet voice, playing with his sleeves and looking at his older brother as if he were something to be pitied. Touya imagined it was the same way Natsuo would look at an abandoned puppy through the window of a train. A pathetic little thing you can’t really help.
“But why, Touya? You can just be with us,” Natsuo insisted, looking at Touya with wide, grey eyes and a plea. Of course he didn’t get it.
“He promised me.”

“Kai, you forgot!” Touya whines, shamelessly, leaning further into Chisaki’s space until he’s practically sprawled atop his desk, and then, not content with the intrusion, with the mess he’s making, he rolls around until he’s face-up and pouting.
He could place a fingertip on Touya’s face and overhaul it to keep his mouth shut. At least for a few hours. The temptation, as all things pertaining to Touya, is far too strong.
“What. What did I forget,” Chisaki grumbles.
“I told you, 'Kai, it’s been three months since we started dating'–”
“We’re not dating.”
