  Years ago, the first personified capitols started appearing in the world. To the nations delight they came as small children to the nations who had fallen in love. It was the universes' way of letting the nations start real families. After this discovery, many nations decided to take a risk and fall in love. Which resulted in marriage and capitol babies.

  All America wants is a child. Someone he can care for and love. He wants to be a parent more the anything in the world. Too bad the algorithm won't allow that.
