Summary
Barley always saw himself as a good person. He runs campaigns with his fellowship. He tries to help anyone in need. But most of all, he loves his mother and little brother with every fiber of his being.
He stands up for what he believes in. When he was young, he was told by his mother that if he ever felt like something was unfair or unjust, he should point it out. And he took that to heart.
But his efforts to preserve history have made him a perceived nuisance in the eyes of the general public. Especially the cops.
