Summary
"I don't want the discs Tommy," Dream said, and Tommy floundered. He was so sure that Dream would take his discs and grant them independence. He had no other plan. He needed to do this, to make up for his massive fuck up at the duel. He needed to make Wilbur proud.
"There has to be something you want, I'll give you anything," Tommy said, trying his best not to sound desperate. He was. He couldn't let Wilbur down again. Dream stepped forwards, reaching up and Tommy tried not to flinch as Dream grabbed his chin, tilting his head up slightly. Tommy can't see his face, but he can tell the other man is smiling.
"Anything?"

Tommy goes to Dream to try and trade his discs for L'Manburg's independence. In the end he gets what he wants, and a bit more than he bargained for.

Summary
Tommy had been thinking about Dream a lot since their last encounter. Mostly about what happened between them.
Did he want it or not? He hated his confused feelings in his mind, the way everything went jumbled when he thought about the masked man. Tubbo had said it wasn’t his fault, but Wilbur said it was. Who to believe? His best friend or his mentor? Tubbo or Wilbur? How could he trust either of them if he couldn’t even trust himself?
Tommy sets out to find the truth.

Summary
“They didn't come,” Tommy whispered. “No one cares.”
“That’s not true,” Dream stepped closer, his voice quiet as he slipped his mask off his face. There's a note of desperation in his voice. “I care about you Tommy. Please, give me a chance, let me prove to you just how much I care.”
Everyone else had left. Tubbo had abandoned him and L’Manburg turned its back on him when he had needed them the most. The only person here was Dream. Dream who had killed him twice, who held him down and fucked him twice even when Tommy begged him to stop. Dream who sometimes hit him and blew up all his stuff. Dream who was here every day, who helped him get supplies, who told him jokes and laughed with him and made him smile.
He gave in.

Tommy's stuck in exile with no one except Dream. Somehow he's not completely surprised when it ends up with him on his knees, seriously debating how his life got to this point.
