After helping Marcus with his studies in secondary school, Oliver let him stay over to get away from his father. They soon became friends, and after that, so much more. After accepting places in different colleges, they decided to stay apart, only sometimes keeping in contact with the occasional letter or FaceTime.
A few years have passed, and now in their mid-20s, Marcus and Oliver haven't seen each other in a while, and they've both changed a lot. While not officially together again, they're idiots still head over heels for one another. In the process of easing back into a relationship, they've gotten a little more... open-minded.
