Summary
Having escaped Col. Wong's forces and reached the rebel base, Kougami finds having Akane around unsettling. The first night she shows him how close to becoming a Makishima figure he is. (Same as in the actual movie.) Then over the following few days they grow closer until he finally realizes his feelings for her.
Note on content: There are descriptions of the results of violence including death (no major characters). There is no actual fighting or sex. If you managed to watch the first episode, I think you'll be fine.

Summary
Six months after returning to Japan and becoming an SAD agent, Shinya Kougami's nightmares and hallucinations of Makishima and his own self-loathing reach a critical point. While on a mission overseas, Kougami loses control and the team has to restrain him to save the op. Afterwards, he is appalled at his recent actions and feels his only option is to leave Japan again. Akane, desperate to stop him leaving again, tries to convince him to stay and get the help he needs. Told through 4 different points of view (POV).
Possible triggers: PTSD, hallucinations, major character swearing at another, descriptions of violence between major charactors
Please note that this is part of a series and comes after Homecoming 1 and 2. I think it will make more sense if you have seen/read S1, S2, PP The Movie and Sinners of the System No 3.
