Doug is more of a solitude-loving kind of person, except that he crawls up the walls sometimes if he's alone for too long, so it was an easy choice for him to agree to a roommate. He didn't think he'd get just a whole bunch of new friends when he decided to co-rent that place with his high school best friend Renée. Renée, who brought along the whole polycule, just absolutely loves to have people near her, and she's absolutely sure that Doug will love these people too.
