Book I
Haruno Sakura made a promise. Looking in the eyes of her Shisou and the reanimated Hokage, she took on the most important mission of her life.
Go back in time and try to prevent the 4th Shinobi War.
Now, Sakura is back to her 5-year-old body, with all the knowledge and haunting memories of the future. She vows to keep her precious people safe and stop certain events from happening, without altering the timeline too much. The trials her emotions and logic put her through have her questioning her very existence, but for the sake of peace, she has to push forward. No matter what.

Life goes on and Sakura has to keep weaving her way through the shadows of her new reality. She's glad she has friends to help her along the way.

Book IV
Shisui had always been asked to reach higher than he was able or more accurately than he wanted to. The dreams he had dreamt in his youth were replaced by the single wish to become — or at least appear — ordinary; after all, he didn't want to attract attention, for the world takes as much as it gives, and then demands some more.
And so he kept selling a lie. Even when everything was taken from him and when the fire in his veins threatened to burn him to ashes, he kept selling the lie...
