Summary
Zer0 hated Mordecai. They hated him so, so damn much, and they were certain that nothing would ever change that.
Well… They were used to being proven wrong.
Bloodwing's capture and subsequent death showed them a whole different side to the usually chilled out Mordecai, and made them have to critically reconsider their stance on him in the wake of his grief.
They judged a book by its cover, and have now truly seen its contents. They just hope it isn't too late to start over

Summary
There isn't much that Mordecai knows about Zer0 - he knows they're an incredibly private person; that they're an insanely skilled sharpshooter and assassin; that they're a bigger nerd than they let on; and that they're not human. They have told him some less personal things, but otherwise he knew nothing about him.
He's never seen them beneath the suit, has no clue if they're even fleshy or if they're just a robot, he isn't even completely sure that they actually NEED to eat. For all intents of purposes, they were a mystery.
He never expected to get the opportunity to learn so much about them in such a short period of time.
So imagine his surprise when he goes to the Sniper tower to find them not only out of their suit, but hidden amongst the pillow's and covers they had in the little cove below the Sniper Nest.
