Summary
He doesn't pay Chan much mind when he first walks up to him and starts playing with his hair, but after a while Felix lowers his phone to watch him. Chan is so intent on the long strands running through his fingers, braiding them around his knuckles only to unravel them again, that he doesn't seem to notice Felix looking.
