Ruination. That was what they were. The Darkling and Kylo Ren together were like unrefined coaxium hurtling through space, ready to reduce themselves and the next thing they collided with into atoms.
The Darkling carefully lifted Kylo’s mask off. His fingers, cold as ice, wound through Kylo’s dark waves of hair, his thumb tracing Kylo’s cheekbone. At his touch, Kylo felt it again, the same sensation as touching the antler. A seething burn, roiling power.
When their lips met, it was totally unlike when his fingers had grazed Rey’s. That had been a glimmer of light, a hand to pull him up if only he would take it. There was no such balance here. This was darkness festering in darkness, echoing off of itself. This was wrong, wretched. This was falling from the stars, his damned soul spiraling ever downwards. This was sin.
Kylo Ren welcomed it.
