“Maybe I do have model potential,” Yaku hums, zooming in on his side of the photo. “What do you think?”
Lev doesn’t bother looking at his phone. Instead, he turns to look Yaku directly in the eyes, a focused expression adorning his features. Yaku hears his own heart beat as clear as day.
“I think. . . that no one up there tonight was as stunning as you,” Lev says at a whisper.
Yaku exhales, slow and heavy. “You were supposed to say too short.”
