Summary
Prequel to my main story "James Potter and the New Marauders". The Potters live happily in Number 12 Grimmauld Place, the former Black residence, which Mrs. Black has filled with numerous cursed heirlooms and artefacts of dark magic. Just the perfect place for Harry and Ginny to raise their children, right? Of course not. Young James, not old enough to even spell yet, is not sitting still, meddling where he shouldn't to find the shrunken skulls he wants so badly.
*This story is mainly written to explain the curse my version of James in my main story, so it's a bit of a filler for that since it felt like too much to be posted as a flashback in a chapter.

And they, along with Scorpius, are cooking something up. I don't quite know what; I'm too busy with my own problems and getting into trouble with Fred, my partner in crime. But first things first, let me tell you a story about how it really started....
