Summary
“He’s at the palace with Fennec Shand, and the word is that he’ll start receiving vassals in the next few days,” Cor finished, staring again at Cerium, who had regained her classic composure and returned to her work. Without looking up, Cerium answered the unasked question with her own.
“And you came here hoping for an “in” to meet with Boba without being immediately shot for your outstanding debts to Fortuna, and maybe even get a fresh start?” He stared hard at her, a calculating look full of resentment, greed, and fear.
“Would you prefer I try to explain it to the Pykes?”
She merely looked at him. He evidently thought it was a finishing dejarik move; he knew that she knew that wasn’t a real option.
“What makes you think he’d want to see me?”
Silence reigned in the shop.Series

Summary
For a long time, everything had been fine.
Well, as fine as things can be during a war. Which made the fact that she was patiently awaiting the arrival of a firing squad all the more jarring. She looked at her hands, stained red by the glow of the ray shield. It was both easy and impossible to be patient when waiting, because time was irrelevant in such a situation. When waiting for death, there was too much and not enough time. Too much to contemplate the decisions, complacencies, betrayals, and brave stands that led to this moment. Too little to consider with increasing desperation the options to avoid it at the last moment.
The familiar cadence of a footstep broke her reverie, and marshaling her bravest face, she stood to face the newcomer.
“So this is it.”
“Yes, it is,” he replied.

Summary
“The terrain’s not really safe—”
“We’ll manage,” the Kage cut him off, her tone growing increasingly icy. A warning sign, but Sev pushed regardless. He couldn’t just let a mother and child fend for themselves in the wilderness. It ate at something, that he didn't care to examine too closely.
“Look lady, I’m just trying to help—”
“I think the clones have done enough concerning the wellbeing of Jedi,” she snapped. Sev’s eyes narrowed.
“What the kark is that supposed to mean?”
The Kage mother’s body tensed, and she stood slowly, shielding the sleeping girl, body angled— for a fight or a flight, Sev couldn’t tell.
“You— you’re a Jedi killer.”
~
For six long years, single parent Maryin has tried to stay ahead of the Empire, keeping her Force Sensitive child safe and getting by as a talented jeweler. As the Empire strengthens, going it alone gets hard.
But trusting help who wears the face of the enemy may be even harder.
And a child tries to become a Jedi, when none remain to guide her. Standing as a light against the darkness has never been more dangerous.

Summary
“What’s a honey bee?”
Thenia froze. She hadn’t thought about that.
“It’s an insect that drinks from flowers to make honey, which is a sweet syrup.”
“Oh, that’s interesting. Where do they live?”
Thenia’s throat tightened. It wasn’t supposed to be this hard on day one.
“Alderaan. They lived on Alderaan.”
Thenia Cura just wanted to find a quiet town, practice medicine, fulfill her passion painting and try to not think about the cost of the Rebellion. A town that doesn't even make the map on Tatooine seemed like the best place to try. But the ghosts of the past are annoyingly intrusive, as is the marshal, and Thenia's about to learn how persistent both will be in helping her heal, whether she wants to or not.

Summary
“Six nexu, Alor? Really?”
“There wasn’t time, Wren.”
“Of course,” Tristan mock-agreed, dabbing the wound. “The one time I ditch my jetpack, my Alor flies straight into a nexu den unattended.”
Alor shrugged, wincing. “Where’s the cauterizer?”
“The— you use a cauterizer?” Tristan stared. “How are you even still alive? No, you’re not getting a cauterizer. I’m not getting disemboweled by the medic. Manda…” Alor sighed.
“You know you’re making it worse, right? When you do crazy mandokar stuff like that. Six nexu. Krayt dragons. Mudhorns. Dark troopers.”
“Giant ice spiders,” supplied Alor unhelpfully.
Tristan stared, then narrowed his eyes in a glare. “Yeah, giant ice spiders. If you still had a shred of hope to not be Mand’alor, you’re doing a pretty bad job of proving you’re unfit. This os’ik is the stuff of legends, a mythic Lone Warrior on quests. Might I remind you, this trip was supposed to be down time.”
“Yeah,” Alor sounded tired now. “Maybe when I’m dead.”~
In which side quest magnet Din Djarin finds some maybe-Mandos, adopts children, tells a bedtime story and becomes a legend.Can be read as a standalone; for best flavor, read the rest of the series first.

Summary
This story is one of the Keldabe storytellers’ favorites.
It is a story about a future, full of mandokar, that broke chains and shook galactic politics.
It is a story about children, for they are the future. This is the Way.
And it is even mostly true.
~~~~
Four years after the restoration of Mandalore, Mand'alor Djarin's foundling children are summoned by the Manda to accept a quest that will reshape not only Mandalore once more, but the galaxy at large, as a dark threat begins to grow at the edges of the galaxy.
Meanwhile, Din Djarin tries to feel less exhausted as his children pick up his legacy of side quests and leave a trail of galactic political messes to clean up. Let the heavy sighing commence.
