Summary
What would it have been like if Norman, Otto and Marko had ended up in the timeline of the third, just as Harry Osborn was thrown several stories down by an abominable being? What if they had been able to save him?
Norman remembers the anguish he went through in the other universe as he thought of his beloved son and all the things he wanted to talk to him about when they met again.
He never believed in fate, but after that trip, he believes he can't deny it completely.

Summary
Norman is still having a lot of trouble accepting what happened to Harry and all the aftermath of being back in his universe. Being with Otto and having Peter's help gave him some relief, but Norman couldn't process everything so quickly.
One night he is in the hospital and, after trying not to break down, he gives up and chooses to use other methods to ease his pain a bit and be able to cope with Harry's situation.
