Jungkook takes a step back, heart sinking into his stomach. He’d expected this, he’s not an idiot, but he had hoped it wasn’t the case. The plan had been simple in his head. Taehyung would apply to the local college for whatever degree and Jungkook would follow him after his senior year, and they’d be in college together, rent some crappy apartment and struggle through college together before finding nice jobs and starting a family.
