Summary
Xingqiu was killed in a freak accident while in a relationship with Hu Tao. Hu Tao has the privilege to be able to marry Xingqiu's soul and tying the knot with him before letting his soul be free for eternity.
The only thing that prevented Hu Tao to marry him properly is that he lost most of his memory prior to his death. Working together, they have to carefully relinquish all of his memory before his soul was lost to the underworld.
