Summary

Until some purple monstrosity destroys downtown Spengler Springs, and his office building.
Babysitting his niece and nephew, Mimi and Luke, will have to suffice until he can be relocated. But any plans he has come to a halt when he finds a weird gemstone while cleaning Mimi's room.

Despite their tense relationship, PG takes Jay to an alien market to stock up on supplies they desperately need. An incident occurs where Jay needs to save PG, but he's not adept enough with the gem of Praxidike to use its powers to save him.
