Summary
During a visit to the Townsville branch of S.T.A.R. Labs for Take Your Child To Work Day, the Utonium triplets gain ultra-superpowers after being caught in the (literal) blast radius of a spectacularly violent lab accident. Unfortunately for them, the (again, literal) fallout of said accident likewise endows a number of the city's less desirable elements with superpowers of their own…and in a city as rotten and dominated by crime as Townsville, such an event might just be enough to drastically upset the balance of power later on down the road.
