  Summary

And Pran remembers he had slept on his own bed last night, in his own house, and absolutely alone.

Which is why, when he wakes up with one arm sore to the tips, feeling no sensation in them, his first thought is panic.

His second thought is to immediately shift so as to get blood moving in that arm, but no amount of moving can help him extract his arm from whatever is crushing it.

And then he opens his eyes, just to see a bare shoulder gracing his field of view.

Burglar, Pran’s brain provides, but why would the burglar be sleeping on his arm?

A very shirtless burglar at that.
