Summary
Escaping the life he never wanted, Stede moved across the country and founded his own Renaissance Faire. Now 5 years in, the business is struggling, and he needs to act fast to keep his pride and joy afloat. Enter Edward Teach, a trained equestrian who shows interest in Stede’s last resort to try and bring money to the Faire- a Joust. Though they start off as strangers, Ed and Stede might find their own lives reinvigorated as they grow closer.

Summary
A not-quite divorced Stede Bonnet decides to throw caution to the wind (literally), go on sabbatical, and pursue a lifelong dream: storm chasing. Heading west to Wichita, Kansas lands him in the orbit of Edward Teach, a storm-chasing meteorologist with a reputation for being a tornado whisperer. When their operations cross paths, they manage to find what they’ve both been longing for: something new.
