Description:

In which Remus and Tonks fight battles, arrest criminals, befriend werewolves, overcome inner demons and, despite it all, find themselves a happy ending. A love story, and a story of the Order years.

This series (now complete!) includes:

• "What I Have Taken Long Before" – a short prequel that brings Remus and Sirius up to the point where we find them at the beginning of OotP.
• "Be the Light in My Lantern" – the first half of the Remus/Tonks story, during OotP.
• "Raise Your Lantern High" – the second half of the Remus/Tonks story, during HBP.
• "If You've Got a Lantern Hold It High" – a small companion piece, catching up with characters from "Raise Your Lantern High" a few years later.

Notes:

This series (although it ended up splitting into two parts and also spawning a couple of small, accompanying stories) is really only one story: "Be the Light in My Lantern" and "Raise Your Lantern High" are two halves of a whole telling Remus and Tonks' story from first meeting at the start of Order of the Phoenix to being finally, really together at the end of Half-Blood Prince.
