In a Paris affected by wishes being granted by fae left and right, a little butterfly and a mouse chose to work with folks’ more personal problems.

A Hero Butterfly AU inspired by the video game Psychonauts.

The only thing you need to know about Psychonauts before jumping in here is that people can get into people’s brain through portals in there, and help them with their mental health issues from there (I really recommend playing or watching gameplay of the game, though, it’s so GOOD!).

In this AU, the Butterfly has the ability to create portals to people’s brains, and Félix uses that to help them however he can. Some of his powers can only be activated when in a mental world.

The Mouse can follow him inside once he opens a portal and her powers are: shrinking and growing (can’t be taller than her regular height), and in the mental world, she can also separate into multiple versions of herself.

The lore in here is mainly pulled from pre-canon bibles, where the Miraculous are created due to wishes and anyone can end up with one in hand (what will they do with that kinda power?).
