Description:

A story in many episodes. The Enterprise, during its five-year mission under Captain Kirk, repeatedly meets a mysterious individual, the Doctor. Amid growing threats to the Federation, they must decide whether to trust him, or not.

Notes:

Writing this is my way of paying homage and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Star Trek: the Original Series, in 2016.
Note that this is the Star Trek universe, but one where Time Lords also came into existence.
You shouldn't need to know the Doctor to enjoy this story.
Also, I'm not following ST:Discovery, so don't expect it here.
