Summary
The Rhodes Island Stress Relief Service is a newly created service that provides operators of Rhodes Island with an outlet to express their concerns about whatever may be troubling them, while also providing them with "activities" to help lower stress levels. The Doctor himself is in charge of this service despite his already huge load of work, and Kal'tsit seems keen on researching the "effects" of this service.
The Doctor will accept any and all who come to him in need of a little relief from their daily troubles, whether through verbal or physical means. This is a record of each of the visits he has received.
Horn is the first to try Rhodes Island's brand new Stress Relief Services. She needs help trying to come to terms with her regret for her fallen comrades, putting them out of her mind, but never forgetting them. The Doctor has just the thing in mind for her.
