Summary
Rei was a sub.
Once the realization hit him, Rei was positive that his father would throw him out or kill him altogether. Subs had no place as hitmen. No matter how resilient they were, a sub was one strong dom command away from being rendered useless. And for people who deal with shady, domineering criminals on the regular, encountering one such dom was a guarantee. However, Rei’s father did not dispose of Rei once the truth had come to light. Rei was put on the strongest suppressants that dirty money could buy, and his natural sub instincts were flattened out completely.
Living with Kazuki, Rei's dom partner, turned out to be alright all things considered. Rei's impulses stayed under control thanks to his suppressants, and the dom's natural, bossy behavior didn't disrupt that.
At least, that's what Rei thought.
