Summary
Isabel is living every omega's dream; carrying the first child of the King and with expectations of being made queen in the near future. Even the King's pursuit of Eren seemed to have died down, so really, nothing was standing in her way. The maid had dismissed the advances of the alpha for a decade, surely Levi was ready to move on from his obsession with Eren now that an heir was finally on the way... right?
---
"Isabel had known that nothing could measure up to Eren in Levi’s eyes but she had hoped that the other omega’s disinterest, age, and the fact that Levi was constantly being nagged by his advisors for his lack of an heir would have finally swayed the King towards her."

Summary
Whatever Eren had expected when he started working in the castle, it certainly hadn't been the fact that he now had to juggle attending to the young Prince while also fending off said Prince's advances. The kid had not even presented yet but he was like a moth to a flame.
As the years pass and the two grow up together it becomes harder and harder to deny the future king anything, especially when Eren starts returning Levi's feelings. But tradition and duty continue to tear the pair apart time and time again.
---
Or: Levi is head over heels for his new maid, who for some reason refuses to accept the Prince's attempts to court him and Eren is just trying to do his job attending to the Crown Prince of Eldia.
