Summary
Partying to celebrate the start of the Armed Detective Agency isn't really what Fukuzawa wanted to spend his time doing, but the Agency is being awarded so he decided to have a party. After a rough night, Ranpo tries to get ready for the party. And when the party does start, Fukuchi is nowhere to be seen.
This work was inspired by Ranpo talking about the party in the BSD manga, but there are no actual manga or anime spoilers.
