Sanemi doesn’t grace the question with an answer, but the rise in one of his eyebrows tells Giyuu he’s not impressed. He supposes if Sanemi were feeling snarky he’d probably say something like, "what do you think, dumbass? It’s not Uzui standing outside your door, is it?"
“I’m moving in.” Is what Sanemi says instead.

“Do you want to talk about it?” He asks, and Sanemi shakes his head.
“No,” he rasps, and the scratch of it resounds impossibly loudly in the buzzing quiet of the room.
It’s summer, and the bugs are humming outside, low and consistent enough to forget they’re even there if you aren’t fully listening.
Sanemi always says no when Giyuu asks him if he’d like to talk about the dreams, and then he always talks.
