Summary
Heroes have been reinstated by the Justice Bureau, but life will never be the same. Stern Bild is in a new period of reconstruction after the arrest of Greogory Sunshine and the end of the X riots, and an uneasy restlessness has fallen over the city. Tensions have never been more strained. On top of it all, Kotetsu finds himself struggling to adjust to his new life apart from the heroes as a civilian, surrounded every day by bitter reminders of what used to be.
And yet, the iron is still hot. The shadow of Ouroboros hangs heavy over Stern Bild. And sometimes, heroes can be found in the most unlikely of people.
