It was no secret that Megumi Fushiguro was a bad communicator. Bad doesn't really begin to cover it. It was a bit pathetic just how bad he was, really. It was also no secret that he had a massive crush on Yuji. Actually, it was a secret to nobody but Yuji. Incredibly oblivious Yuji.
Unfortunately for Megumi, Sukuna was not so oblivious.
Or, Yuji and Megumi pine for eachother and Sukuna gets mild amusement from it, but mostly irritation.
