Summary
The doctors said that Katsuki hadn’t presented due to stress. Rightfully so, considering he was trapped in a shit show that was his home life. Mitsuki, his abusive alpha sire, and Masaru, his meek omegan mother, weren’t exactly the calmest people to come home to.
Not that any one knew about his home life. Damn Deku was close to finding out once so Katsuki had to make him stay away. It was for his own protection, no matter how much he wanted to tell. It was too dangerous.

It’s hard to blame yourself for something that happened while he was unconscious, but Katsuki’s always been an overachiever.
