Hanzo thought he was a puzzle he didn’t want anyone to solve but it didn’t take long for Cole to figure out how much the man longed for affection. He spent years with barbed wires of pain wrapped around his heart while repeatedly convincing himself that he deserved nothing but scraps to barely survive with.
The first smile Hanzo gave him had Cole vowing to himself that he wouldn’t rest until his affection seeped into Hanzo’s bones and convinced the man to feel the love he deserved.
